“No performance. No noise. Just QUIET CONFIDENCE and unshakable self-worth.”

At the beginning of the year, I felt a quiet pull to do something just for me—to document how far I had come in my health journey. Early in 2025, I was diagnosed with something that truly shakes your world and changes the way you think about life. From that moment on, I made a promise to myself: I would put my health first.

I changed the way I ate, how much I ate, and how I moved through the world. I started running again, walking more, and spending extra time in the dojo—rebuilding myself one step at a time. And through that commitment, I received the news I had been hoping for: I beat it, and I’m on my way to even better health.

To honor that victory, I wanted to mark this chapter with a photoshoot—not out of vanity, but as a reminder of strength, resilience, and self-love. I booked the session for January 1, 2026, and chose the one person who felt most right to capture it: my niece. Who better than family—those who stood by me, encouraged me, and reminded me that I was never walking this journey alone?

I am endlessly grateful for them. I love them to the moon and back… and back again.

Danny () and Carrie () brought pure connection, trust, and art into their suite, letting me explore the beauty of intimacy through an abstract, editorial lens. The space itself became part of the story—soft window light, subtle shadows, and sculpted highlights blending into something truly cinematic.

There was something absolutely magical about these images — the way she looked into the lens with that Mona Lisa smile… it stopped me in my tracks. Add the golden glow of the sunflowers and the dreamy orchard setting, and it all just clicked 💛📸
