Decided to take the Oak Canyon Nature Center and Walnut Reservoir Trail. I've done the Oak Canyon Trails Before, but doing the Reservoir extended the hike by another 2 miles. I saw a lot of wildlife during the hike. Lizards, bees and a racoon. For most of the Oak Canyon hike there was shade, so it felt very nice. When I got up to the Walnut Reservoir, there was pretty much no shade, so make sure you protect yourself. There were a lot of educational signs to read, and there was even a section where people left painted stones. My favorite one was the Pacman. At the end of the loop, I filled up my bottle with Reservoir water. The entire hike was almost 4 miles, so not too bad. I also think I heard a rattle snake so be careful when you're out there.
