Long time no post. But that typically does not mean I haven’t been busy. Most likely it’s quite the opposite. When I get busy working my social media often gets set aside.

So let me just start with these people who I love so very much! I forced them into the studio when they stayed a night with us on their long road trip to Florida. How amazing to see their new baby boy! My toddler asks about him coming back every day!

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve shown my face around here. Hi 👋 I’m McKenzie. I have been shooting weddings for 10+ years and opened my natural light home studio for family work and portraits late last year. Not gonna lie, investing in an indoor space at the end of 2019 was poor timing. 2020 was not the big studio year I had planned for. I’ll have to show you some photos of what my studio looks like now. We use it as a playroom for my toddler and school room for my niece and nephews to do their distant learning at between the rare photo sessions. It actually has been a great space that can quickly turn into whatever I need it to be at the moment. I hope you get to see it soon!

- Maternity (ideal: 30-38 weeks)
- Breastfeeding
- Newborn (ideal: 6 weeks or younger)
- Infant Milk bath (ideal: 6-9 months and sitting)
- Senior
- Couples (ideal: engagement)
- Bo***ir
- Pets (ideal: well-trained dogs)
