Heyyy, I’m back! After a nearly year long IG hiatus here I am diving back into social media, beginning with a big re-cap of every wedding and elopement couple I worked with in 2024. It’s now April ‘25, and 2024 already feels like ages ago, and looking back at all of these it’s clear to me I was a different photographer and different person in January than I was in December, and to call it a journey would be an understatement. 2024 was my second full year of wedding photography and it is mind blowing to me how I got to be a part of so many people’s precious moments, and created work that I am so proud of. I learned that I am resolved to give every couple my whole self regardless of my busy schedule; I can’t bring myself to utilize AI the way other photographers do (all the power to them!) to apply a uniform color grading style across their portfolio, because I get too much gratification out of approaching each gallery individually; making my photos feel like that day and complimenting that couple’s style and vibe. Every wedding is unique and I love the creativity I get to indulge in to depict them as such… (Continued in comments)
(Trying to tag every single vendor in this post would have been a nightmare, but I am happy to add them upon request! Promise I will be more thorough with individual wedding posts)
