Today was a very special day. I was invited to attend the ASC clubhouse interview of the film Dune 2, Director Denis Villeneuve and Cinematographer Greg Fraser ASC, ACS moderated by Wally Pfister ASC.

I also had the honor of meeting the great .

I managed to get more autographs for my American Cinematographers Manual and fortunately got Denis and Greg to sign my thumper. 😅

I decided to take a break from the Game of Thrones short to learn how to create characters and learn animation. This will help me finish the GOT project.

I am working on doing a short character animation and what better scene to do it with than the . Here are a few screenshots of the scene that I am creating. Still not sure if I should use the Razorcrest or the new N-1 Starfighter being used in season 3.

This is my second build. I tried to create a world using the kit. Still trying to figure out animations but I decided to go in a different direction than what other people were doing. Can't seem to figure out how to make the wheels on the rover turn. Video to come soon!
