🇬🇧 I want to share with you the huge surprise I had when I found two of my Greenland photographs on a double-page spread in the August 2025 issue of National Geographic Traveler magazine.
It was an unforgettable trip, made even better by surprises like this!

Buenas de nuevo! otras de mis fotografías de Auroras Boreales ha sido utilizada como cabecera del artículo que publica elDiario.es! 😍😍😍 Esta vez las Islas Lofoten!

Espero que os guste!

Los mejores meses para ver auroras son diciembre, enero y febrero, pero en muchos sitios es posible encontrarlas desde el mes de octubre. Solo hay que dar con el lugar adecuado en el momento justo

Deleitandome de la magia de Groenlandia entre gigantes de hielo - Ilulissat Icefjord (Groenlandia) [🇪🇸/🇬🇧]
Bajo el sol de medianoche del cielo ártico, todavía recuerdo como emergía este velero rojo deslizándose con elegancia bajo un arco de hielo majestuoso surcando las aguas cristalinas de Groenlandia. El sol de medianoche pintaba el horizonte con tonos cálidos mientras yo disfrutaba entre icebergs centenarios capturando la serenidad y la grandeza de la naturaleza ártica en todo su esplendor. ¡Espero que te guste!

Under the midnight sun of the Arctic sky, I still recall how this red sailboat emerged, gliding with elegance beneath a majestic ice arch, navigating the crystalline waters of Greenland. The midnight sun painted the horizon with warm hues as I enjoyed among ancient icebergs, capturing the serenity and grandeur of the Arctic nature in all its splendor. Hope you like it!

Las Auroras Boreales danzan sobre The Arctic Henge, el enorme reloj de sol - Raufarhöfn (Islandia) [🇪🇸/🇬🇧]
Un lugar misterioso para disfrutar de las Auroras Boreales! The Arctic Henge en Raufarhöfn, uno de los pueblos más remotos y septentrionales de Islandia, donde el Círculo Polar Ártico se encuentra justo al lado de la costa, The Arctic Henge (Heimskautsgerðið) es similar a su antiguo predecesor, Stonehenge, The Arctic Henge es como un enorme reloj de sol, con el objetivo de capturar los rayos del sol, proyectar sombras en lugares precisos y capturar la luz entre las puertas alineadas. Y como puedes ver, ¡también es perfecto para disfrutar de las Auroras Boreales! Espero que te guste!

A mysterious place to enjoy the Northern lights! The Arctic Henge in Raufarhöfn, one of the most remote and northernmost villages in Iceland where the Arctic Circle lies just off the coast, the Arctic Henge (Heimskautsgerðið) is similar to its ancient predecessor, Stonehenge, The Arctic Henge is like a huge sundial, aiming to capture the sunrays, cast shadows in precise locations and capture the light between aligned gateways. Un inolvidable atardecer bailando ballet en la Gran Muralla China - Jinshanling (Pekin, China) [🇪🇸/🇬🇧]
Sí, sí como lo oyes, así es como disfrute en la compañía de Yina Shi, una bailarina profesional de ballet, este inolvidable atardecer. Yina se puso a bailar y no pude evitar capturar sus pasos de ballet en este histórico lugar durante la caída del sol. Una persona encantadora que no dudo en ofrecernos una bella e inolvidable actuación. ¡Gracias Yina por tu colaboración y por tu amistad!

Una noche perfecta en pareja bajo las estrellas de la Vía Láctea - Brihuega (Guadalajara, España) [🇪🇸/🇬🇧]
Brihuega es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar del colorido de las maravillosas flores de Lavanda y del cielo estrellado con la Vía Láctea. Siempre se disfruta más en estas noches de verano de este estimulante y fragante lugar en buena compañía. Definitivamente, este es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de la fotografía fusionando la Lavanda y las estrellas. Espero que sea de vuestro gusto!

La serena belleza de la pequeña iglesia de San Primus acariciada por la niebla al amanecer - Jamnik (Kranj, Eslovenia) [🇪🇸/🇬🇧]
Esta pequeña iglesia es la más fotografiada de Eslovenia. El entorno es sin duda un objetivo para los aficionados a la fotografía, ya que la perspectiva que ofrece es maravillosa. Rodeada de bosques y con los Alpes Julianos detrás del pequeño edificio, la luz que ilumina este lugar hace que cada instantánea sea única. Los amaneceres son espectaculares, y el otoño pinta los árboles, transformando el lugar por completo. Sin duda, mereció la pena madrugar para presenciar estas luces matinales en la hermosa iglesia de San Primus, acariciada por la niebla.

This small church is the most photographed church in Slovenia. The setting is undoubtedly a target for photography enthusiasts, as the perspective it offers is marvelous. Surrounded by forests and with the Julian Alps behind the little building, the light that illuminates this place makes each snapshot unique. The sunrises are spectacular, and autumn paints the trees, transforming the place completely. Without a doubt, it was worth getting up early to witness these morning lights in the beautiful church of St. Primus, caressed by the fog

El valle de las diez mil fumarolas - Hveradalir, Kerlingarfjöll (Islandia) [🇪🇸/🇬🇧]
Hveradalir fue sin duda uno de los lugares que más me impresionaron en mi viaje a las Highlands de Islandia. No hay foto que pueda transmitir la sensación de caminar por estas montañas de color rojo óxido junto a las fumarolas de azufre que brotan de las grietas del suelo y los ríos glaciares de color azul cristalino que se disfrutan desde los senderos. Te sientes como si hubieras entrado en otro mundo. Un lugar espectacular para disfrutar de la fotografía. Sin embargo, las imágenes que capture esa mañana no pueden transmitir lo que se siente al estar allí y experimentar la belleza de este lugar volcánico con tus propios ojos!
🇬🇧 The valley of ten thousand fumaroles - Hveradalir, Kerlingarfjöll (Iceland)
Hveradalir was undoubtedly one of the places that impressed me the most on my trip to the Icelandic Highlands. There is no photo that can convey the feeling of walking through these rusty red mountains next to the sulphur fumaroles gushing from cracks in the ground and the crystal blue glacial rivers that you enjoy from the trails. You feel as if you have entered some other world. A spectacular place to enjoy photography. However, the images you capture that morning cannot convey what it can feel like to be there and experience the beauty of this volcanic place with your own eyes!

Los últimos rayos de sol disfrutando de la belleza de los campos de tulipanes amarillos al atardecer en Holanda [🇪🇸/🇬🇧]
Hacía tiempo que quería visitar estos campos de Tulipanes en primavera y disfrutar de su explosión de color. Fue fantástico poder disfrutar de esta hermosa puesta de sol en estos magníficos campos de Tulipanes amarillos junto a un tradicional molino de viento holandés. Al final, mereció la pena el esfuerzo de ir a visitar más de una docena de campos de tulipanes por la mañana para encontrar el lugar perfecto para esta preciosa puesta de sol. Espero que os guste.

For a long time, I have wanted to visit these Tulip fields in spring and enjoy their explosion of color. It was fantastic to be able to enjoy this beautiful sunset in these magnificent fields of yellow Tulips next to a traditional Dutch windmill. In the end, it was worth the effort to go visit more than a dozen tulip fields in the morning to find the perfect place for this beautiful sunset. I hope you like it.
