75 years of life. 75 years of stories. 75 years of love. 🤍
Today, my beautiful mother turns 75. 🥹❤️
And can you believe that after all these years of being a photographer, I had NEVER professionally photographed my own mother by herself?! Crazy, right?!
I’ve spent so many years behind the camera capturing beautiful moments, milestones, and memories for so many families. But this session? This one was different.
This one was personal. ❤️
Because this time, the beautiful woman standing in front of my camera was MY MOM.
The woman who gave me life. The woman who has been there through so many chapters of mine. The woman I am so incredibly blessed to still have by my side.
As a photographer, I’ve always believed that photographs are so much more than just pretty pictures. They’re memories. They’re pieces of our lives that we get to hold on to forever.
And as I photographed my mom, I couldn’t help but think about how precious time really is.
We get so caught up in life, always thinking there’s another day, another birthday, another opportunity to take that picture.
But the truth is, these moments are priceless.
One day, these photographs will mean more to me than I could ever put into words. And that alone makes this one of the most meaningful sessions I’ve ever photographed.
Mom, I hope when you look at these photographs, you see what I see. A beautiful, strong, elegant woman who deserves to be celebrated at every stage of her life.
