Ugh. Can you say gorgeous?! Sometimes you just connect with clients on a different level and these two were definitely that. We shared some lovely moments, gossiped, and talked about everything under the sun. I always talk about how adding human emotion and connection truly adds to your images. I couldn’t picture a better day for these two. Not even the rain could keep the good vibes away. I’m also in complete awe of everything about this wedding. Libby handmade all of the decorations, her dress, Loren’s tie and pocket square, and crafted this day beautifully. You could see the hours that were poured into it. And I’m just so grateful to have been a part of it.

I loved working with these two. They had to switch their ceremony space last minute due to weather but that didn’t stop them from having a gorgeous wedding. We were able to take photos in between rainstorms and I’m so so happy everyone was just willing to go with the flow. These two reached out to me a couple months ago to capture their backyard wedding and I’m so happy that they did. It was a warm one but a stunning day. All of their details were so unique, down to their gift bags that were full of personal items and their rings made of different metals. I’m just so obsessed with all of these images. There is nothing like a Northern Michigan wedding. These two had the most stunning location for their big day with the best weather imaginable. Their love for space and nature was apparent in everything they did. They shared private vows before having a ceremony on the lake surrounded by their friends and family. I have so many more beautiful images to share.
