On 35mm… a handful of moments from Julian and Gabb’s dinner party wedding at the Shinola Hotel.

They didn’t follow tradition in the way weddings are “expected” to look, but it was still grand, still deeply meaningful. From a Diet Coke tower (the bride’s signature) to handwritten letters for each guest, every detail felt intentional.

Around 50 of their closest loved ones gathered under one beautiful glass roof, creating a celebration that felt incredibly intimate yet undeniably grand.

One of the most unique and heartfelt weddings I’ve ever witnessed, and I’m so honored to have documented it.

This was a dream and one of my most accomplished weddings to date.

The bride wore a vintage haute couture Vera Wang gown that went viral after being found in a thrift store and purchased for just $20. It is also known as the “Carrie Bradshaw dress” from S*x and the City, the very same gown Sarah Jessica Parker wore while modeling for Vogue in one of the episodes. Seeing it come back to life on a wedding day felt surreal.

Beyond the dress, this day was filled with so much intention, love, and deeply personal design. The bride brought her own vision to life through thoughtful DIY details that made every part of the celebration feel uniquely hers.

To witness and document it all on film photography was an honor I don’t take lightly.

I can’t wait to share more from this wedding day and everything still to come.
