More than 11 years ago, I picked up my camera and started Smile As You Mae Photography right here in Lancasterāthe town I've always called home. I had big dreams, but I never imagined just how much this community would support those dreams.
Because of you, what started as a passion has grown into a career that I truly love.
Nearly five years ago, I opened the doors to our studio here in Lancaster. It was another leap of faith, and looking back now, I'm so thankful I took it. Since then, we've had the honor of capturing countless weddings, welcoming hundreds of newborns into the studio, celebrating growing families, and documenting so many once-in-a-lifetime moments.
But the best part has never just been the photographsāit's been the people.
So many of our clients have become friends, and that's something I'll never take for granted.
Today, our business has taken us far beyond Lancaster. But no matter where this journey takes us, Lancaster will always be home. This community gave us our start, and we're proud to continue growing our business right here where it all began.
