My first full-day wedding coverage as the lead photographer. 🤍
Now, this day was by no means about me. Lydia and Corbin did a STELLAR job planning & creating a day that allowed for candid, natural moments between the two of them and, most importantly, allowed them to enjoy the only day in their lives that is truly about their relationship and their vow to each other, forever.

BUT… this post is going to tell you (and future brides) a little about me as a wedding photographer.

To clarify, this was NOT my first wedding ever lol. 😂 I was a wedding coordinator for three years, and I gained SO much knowledge and experience that set me up with confidence, the ability to adapt, and the ability to work with a team to make sure my couples can enjoy their day to the fullest while still capturing memories they can relive for years.

Lydia and I were consistently on the same page throughout the day. I understood her vision and what she wanted captured, she understood my style, and she trusted me to be creative and do my thing.THIS is what makes your day run smoothly and creates beautiful, authentic memories.

And then Corbin gave me the kindest compliment that perfectly emphasized my why and why I entered this industry to begin with:

“I never doubted you for a second, to be clear, but you exceeded expectations! We are so lucky to have you as our photographer. Excited to see the final results after you do your thing.”
