Motherhood didn’t just change my life…
it changed me.

Before kids, I second-guessed everything.

Every decision.
Every idea.
Every “what if this doesn’t work?”

And then I became a mom.

And something shifted.

Because suddenly it wasn’t just about me anymore.

I want my kids to grow up believing they can try things.
That they can fail and still be okay.
That they can bet on themselves.

And I realized… I had to show them that first.

So I started this business.

Not because I had it all figured out—
but because I was willing to sit in the uncomfortable
and try anyway.

And yeah, it’s scary sometimes.

But the worst thing that could happen?
is that I fail.

And honestly… that’s not something I want to be afraid of anymore.

Because I don’t want them to be afraid of it either.

So this is me—figuring it out as I go,
building something meaningful,
and showing my kids what it looks like to try.

Motherhood changed me in ways I never expected.

I don’t watch the same shows anymore—
the anxiety sits differently now.

I sleep like I’m on call… because I am.
There are always a hundred tabs open in my brain.

I feel this constant pull between wanting to keep my kids safe…
and also letting them experience the world for themselves.

Wanting to give them a childhood full of magic and freedom…
while also trying to shield them from things I wish they didn’t have to know about yet.

Sometimes it feels like the world is louder, heavier, and harder than it used to be.

But then there are these moments.

After dinner, in the yard…
chalk on the driveway
bubbles floating through the air
bikes circling the same path over and over
running through the sprinkler like nothing else matters

And I find myself trying to just be there.

To soak in their joy.
Their laughter.
Their innocence.

Because their childhood…
is also my motherhood.

And I don’t want to miss the bright, ordinary magic
because I’m too focused on everything else.
