Joann and Terry are registered dietitians with decades of experience, and they’ve created EverThrive Nutrition to support women through midlife with thoughtful, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle guidance.

I had the opportunity to participate in their very first program and highly recommend it. It’s helped me make meaningful adjustments to my daily lifestyle and prioritize healthy, sustainable habits.

In honor of International Women’s Day ✨

I’m honored to have my Timeless Beauty portrait series featured in a digital article with FIG Lancaster.

After years of photographing high school seniors, I realized how often women step out of the spotlight while raising families, building careers, and supporting others. The Timeless Beauty campaign was created to invite women over 40 to step back into that spotlight and celebrate their strength, story, and style.

Every woman has a unique story worth honoring, and it’s a privilege to help capture those moments. Here’s a few of the amazing women who have stepped in front of my camera.
