I’m Charity Wentz, believer and follower of Jesus Christ, wife to my incredible husband Tyler and mom to my “always on the move” son, James. I was born and grew up in the Philippines and now based in Lancaster, Ohio. I’m a portrait photographer and people's story are my favorite subject to photograph. I used to be an educator back in the Philippines, but when I got married and became a mom, I chose to stay home with my son (which by the way is amazing, thanks to my supportive husband). Being a stay-at-home mom gave me a lot of time to actually figure out what I really want to do in the future. And that’s when a “childhood dream” came back in the picture, PHOTOGRAPHY!!! It always hold a special place in my heart. Taking pictures has always been my passion, y’all are talking to a girl who has 16,000+ photos in her phone gallery lol I know it’s insane but it’s seriously one of my favorite things to do aside from raising my child. So before the year 2019 end, I finally decided to rip off the bandaid, face the fear of possible rejection and opened Charity Wentz Photography. God gave me this vision about His plan in my future and how He designed my life to be. I believe that every family should have a beautiful portrait displayed in their houses filled with love and genuine smiles. It gives me so much joy to see my clients loving every piece of their pictures, a priceless memory they will always cherish. So whether it’s a family portrait, senior, maternity, engagement session or just about anything you can think of, I would truly be honored to be the one to document your life’s most special moments.
