It’s hard to leave a shoot for without feeling inspired. The building is cool as hell, and the people are even better.

In addition to photos in 2025, we filmed video for their marketing pieces. I was stoked to team up with and to create some killer assets for them. Having them on board gave me the confidence to climb up the jungle gym for some high-angle shots.

The Avalanche Run Pictures team had an awesome time at the 4th Annual Advocates for Victims and Justice, Inc. Golf Outing at Eagles Landing Golf Club in Oregon, Ohio. A fantastic event, an important cause, and an incredible group of people. We’re proud to support it and look forward to coming back year after year.

When Ohio Pie opened back in 2019, they brought me in to shoot their website and menu photos. I spent hours studying food styling techniques to nail those iconic cheese pull shots. When I arrived and shared my plan, Nick looked me straight in the eyes and said, ‘That won’t be necessary.’

He wasn’t wrong. Effortless cheese pull after effortless cheese pull—no tricks needed. Ohio Pie is the real deal, and Nick is a pizza mad scientist.

Fast forward to 2024, and I’m still lucky enough to shoot their pizza (and eat the vegan ones). Enjoy this gallery of my favorite cheese pulls from this year. Real pizza, real pulls.

Just had an incredible time at the ADVOCATES FOR VICTIMS AND JUSTICE, INC. Golf Outing! ⛳️ It was a fantastic day filled with great people, beautiful weather, and all for an amazing cause. Try to guess which one of our group played a few holes dressed as Grimace. Looking forward to next year already!
