Lemon Blueberry Loaf
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups plus
1 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
½ tsp salt ½ tsp vanilla
½ cup vegetable oil
