One of my favorite things to say to business owners is:

When considering a branding shoot, it’s always important to incorporate you and your style, not just the products and services.

The Menetre’s is owned by two extremely rad and fun people who enjoy living life quietly, but to a loud soundtrack. They want to be themselves and display the hard work that went into creating their flower farm, all while showing off their unique style and flare.

In between their jobs and parenthood, they dedicated their free time to the fields, introducing their son to what flower farming was all about. 💐

During the session, I not only got up close and personal with their flowers, but we incorporated their lives together. We showcased the family unit that grew what you see before you!

The truth about an in-home lifestyle newborn session? Your house doesn’t need to look like a home decor magazine.

In fact, it’s better when it doesn’t. As a Lakeland newborn photographer, my goal isn’t to capture a perfect house—it’s to capture your family exactly as you are right now. Beautiful, real, and completely wrapped up in love.

When the years fly by, you won’t look back at these photos and wish you’d dusted the baseboards. You’re going to look at the way the afternoon light hit your favorite chair, the way your baby fit perfectly in your arms on your own couch, and exactly how it felt to bring them home.

If you’ve noticed my delivery time has been iffy
If you’ve felt it’s taken me longer to respond

If you’ve wondered where my usual annual fun sales are

To be painfully candid, life is engulfing me.

I work a full time job with two kids and I run my business on the side. I’m currently going through a lot of personal changes, one that has me selling my house and moving (still in Lakeland).
If you didn’t know, I don’t have family in Lakeland as I’m not from here. So a lot of what I do, I do myself. So the move and the personal stuff on top of the every day life of motherhood and two jobs, it can get overwhelming. But I continue, because who else will do it for me but me?

I do want you to know that your photos are still important to me and I am cranking every gallery out as best I can and as close to our timeline as humanly possible. Life just be lifing sometimes and unfortunately these past three months have been heavy, setting my deliveries and my session dates back.

I am limiting my session intakes as of right now until I feel I reach a season of life that allows me the time to open my schedule a little more.

Thank you to every single client, and for every single referral, and for every single tag, and mention and like and share. You guys keep me going. Talk soon 🧡
