Well, our last leg of the trip has been altered. We had to bring our RV in for warranty work that was initially expected to take three days. However, it has turned into a two-to-three-week process. Rather than spending that much time in a hotel, we have decided to head home. Jack will return to collect the RV once it is ready. Unfortunately, this will require a 2300-mile round trip. I am sure he will make the most of the return journey by stopping off for some camping and hiking excursions. This is certainly a disappointing turn of events.

Fire over in the mountains! We have a good view of all the smoke coming from it. Looks like they may be making good progress on it since this morning. We are in a RV Resort across the highway. Definitely not in any danger from it.

Our second granddaughter is getting married!
She knew from the first night she met him he was the one. Next chapter coming. Congratulations Reagan & Stuart!! Can’t wait to celebrate the next big day…WEDDING BELLS!!❤️💙. 💍💒👰🤵

Took a short hike today on the Big Meadows Reservoir Trail just a little over 3 miles and no steep climbing. Nice one!!

Jack and I had to make a run into Pagosa Spings for a few things yesterday. On our drive back to South Fork we turn off the road onto E. Forks Rd. What a beautiful drive along the river! We also stopped to looked a possible future campsite. Continuing on the road it comes to a private ranch called East Fork Ranch. You can drive through as long as you respect the owner. They have absolutely breathtaking view for miles.
