Julie Kay Photography Capturing memories to last a lifetime! My obsession for photography has grown drastically since my husband bought me a new camera.

I have always been the one documenting every occasion but I now document EVERYONE'S occasions :) My two little models are always willing to let me practice or model backdrops for the benefits of my clients. I'm excited to capture your big moments for you to enjoy forever.

​TIDBITS ABOUT ME:

*My husband proposed after only seven weeks and we have been happily married 15 years. He also assists on

weddings and helps me set up the home studio. *

*My greatest accomplishments are taking a leap with my husband and the wonderful friendship between my 8 year old daughter, Alexa, and 10 year old son, Jaxon. I am so proud of them!*

*We bought a new camper last summer*

*I am a full time 6th grade Earth Science teacher*

*I LOVE chocolate but HATE coffee (Teacher who hates coffee?! Sadly yes)

*We have three cats who also will model for me =) *

*My kids and I have love rock painting but have very little time for it*

*I could eat sandwiches every day*

*The beach is my happy place*

Marc emailed and said they were going to be in IL to visit his girlfriend's family....I want to propose. She has always wanted the beach! We made a plan, tweaked the plan, and then Mother Nature laughed and she messed up the plan! Despite the rain, she said yes and we got a cool sky! A proposal she will never forget! Congratulations Marc and Ariana! (PS....I threw out my back and we were completely soaked through....but so worth it!!)
