Meet Gracie Ann Storey 🌷
Two months of loving you already. 🤍
I had every intention of sharing your birth sooner — posting photos, writing the story, documenting every little detail while it was still fresh. But postpartum has a way of asking for your whole heart and both hands at all times.
The days have blurred together in the sweetest, most exhausting way. Feedings, contact naps, watching Hailey become a big sister, and soaking in every tiny detail while somehow watching time fly by all at once.
As a motherhood photographer, these past couple weeks have reminded me even more why preserving this season matters so much. Because when you’re in the middle of early motherhood, it can feel impossible to do all the things you want to do — even something as simple as taking photos or sharing updates with the people you love.
These days are beautiful and exhausting. Sacred and messy. Slow and impossibly fast all at once.
And these past two months have reminded me exactly why I do what I do — because this season is too special and too fast not to capture it even when life feels too full to pause and document it. 🤍
So here’s my delayed announcement:
She’s here, she’s deeply loved, and these early days have been both beautiful and consuming in the very best way. 🤍 I cannot wait to share her birth story. I prayed for a restorative birth and God answered above and beyond. I’m still in awe! 🤍
