I won my Fuji X100VI at my first WPPI convention, and while I havenāt had much time to really play with it until recently, Iām finally getting the chanceāand Iām loving it.
These four images show different stages of the same photo:
šø Top Left: Fujiās Nostalgic Neg film simulation. The camera applies this look automatically, so the image is ready to share right away.
šø Bottom Left: A straight-out-of-camera JPEG with no editing.
šø Top Right: The RAW file. Think of it like a digital negativeāit contains all the information the camera captured and gives photographers the most flexibility when editing.
šø Bottom Right: My edited version of that RAW file. I tried to keep it simple.
One thing Iām learning is that there isnāt a single ārightā way to create an image. Sometimes the camera nails it. Sometimes I love Fujiās film simulations. And sometimes I enjoy taking a RAW file and creating my own final look.
Lately Iāve been focusing on becoming the best version of myself, both personally and professionally, and part of that has been making time to learn, grow, and keep pushing forward with my photography.
Iām having a lot of fun experimenting again. ā¤ļøš·
