I take photos to capture beauty and love in unexpected places (and sometimes expected places). I like to catch moments when people are alive in heart and body and light.

What is Embody??
Living in a human body is difficult, can I get an amen? It’s always changing, we’re always telling it what to do, how to be based off of what people like or don’t like. Often we don’t even check in with it and ask it what it wants or needs. Embody photography sessions are about capturing you in your own beautiful body. What happens when you embrace yourself as you are, today? The more we celebrate the strength of change and resilience in our bodies the more we can live IN them, naturally and confidently. These mini-sessions highlight the joy and freedom and wildness that lives inside us as women. Are you looking to connect to yourself in a more intimate and connected way? I’d be honored to join you on the journey! I’ll be throwing more events in the near future so reach out if you’re interested and I’ll keep you in the loop. Also available for private sessions. Due to the private nature of many of these photographs, I’ll only posting a few to social media.
