This is an official announcement that Bethel Ann Photography is officially retiring. Unfortunately due to a decline in my health (I’ve been struggling with chronic pain for years) I am unable to keep up with my business. It’s a very bittersweet decision. I’ve absolutely loved every minute I got to spend capturing your love stories. I’ve met so many wonderful and amazing people and I’m so deeply honored I got to capture a bit of your story with my camera. Thank you for trusting me. I’ll miss it immensely. 🙏🏻❤️

I haven’t posted in literally forever and I’ll maybe share more on that later but for now I just wanted to jump back in and start showing off the incredible weddings/elopements I’ve photographed this year. Starting with my cousin

This is an emotional one for me. Lauren is my cousin by marriage, she was married to my cousin Kurt before he was tragically killed on the job as a police officer. That same day she gave birth to their second child, a daughter. We’ve gotten very close over the years after the unthinkable happened. Tim, Hazel and I joined her, her kids and her mom on a trip to the UK. Needless to say we love this family endlessly.

Fast forward to now, Lauren has met an incredible man named Paul. They met because he was her son’s mentor. He is a wonderful man and to watch him come in and not only love Lauren but her two kids is everything I’ve been praying for for years, as I know many others have been too.

I cried many tears of joy while photographing this wedding, especially watching the big overjoyed smiles on both Xander and Ady’s faces during the ceremony when everyone huddled around to pray, watching their mom marry this wonderful man was a dream come true for them.

Congratulations Lauren and Paul! Love you both!

Breaking my social media silence to ask everyone to please pray for this little flower girl I photographed in June. Her name is Oaklyn and her family and ours are friends. There was an incident while on vacation in a pool where she became unconscious and drowned. She was airlifted to a hospital and is currently still on a ventilator. She need all the prayers as well as her family. I’ve also posted a gofundme link in my stories. If you are able please give to help her parents with help the medical expenses. But most of all please send your thoughts and prayers for this sweet little girl.

Happy Valentine’s Day and hi👋🏻

I know it’s been a long while since I’ve been on here. Honestly I just needed a long mental health break from business world Instagram.

But I just wanted to pop out and say I’m still here loving love. Just in the middle of a long and hard journey of selling our house and buying a new one. Took up a LOT more of my time and energy than I ever imagined.

Merry Christmas!! I don’t have a high quality photo of my family for Christmas even though I am a photographer sometimes I too am too tired to get anything but a quick iPhone snap and that’s okay. Life is sometimes too busy and we can’t always do everything perfectly.

I know Christmas can be a hard and dark day for many of us. It’s been a holiday full of loss and joy for me throughout the years. So to all those grieving and struggling in sending extra love and warmth your way for whatever battles you’re fighting today❤️🎄
