Senior at LHS. Maggie had definite ideas about what she wanted her senior portraits to look like and what she didn't want. I like a girl with ideas who says it straight! The outfits she chose were awesome and so appropriate for Pebble Hill Plantation. I felt like she enjoyed the time we spent taking her portraits. She does a fantastic twirl in that white dress. It was such a pleasure to meet you and your mom. I hope I get to photograph you again sometime! Maybe your VSU graduation! Best wishes and success, Maggie! πŸŽ“

Abby. The last of the senior year documented in portraits. I have enjoyed every minute spent with you (and the family) while taking your picture. You are kind, warm and thoughtful of others. Traits that may get you hurt sometimes but in the end you will have a circle of true friends that will always have your back.
I can not wait to see where life leads you. And I cannot wait to photograph the next graduation for you. You keep being Abby and work hard, pray hard and you will be blessed.

The Fornes family. The oldest, Bryce, I had taken senior pictures for and now they needed updated family pictures. There is an ease in photographing people when clients become friends. There is no greater compliment than to be trusted to photograph them for each of the milestones. This milestone is an important one. Bryce enlisted in the Marines and had to report the following day. (Unexpectedly early- -miltary life!) But we were able to meet and get some good ones with out any tears or sad faces. I am so proud of Bryce and the honorable path he has chosen. I wish him the best!
Wishing the Forne family always the best and good times ahead!

A few more prom photos from last weekend. Sorry for the delay in posting, but a new grandbaby arrived this week too. These two have to be some of the most handsome couples from last Saturday! I'm so grateful for the opportunity to have photographed Reed for his senior prom. And isn't she gorgeous?! The last picture shows that chivalry is not gone completely - he picked her up and placed her in the front seat like a true gentleman. Hoping you had a wonderful time at Mori's and then the prom. I'm looking forward to the senior portraits next week! πŸŽ“ πŸŽ“

Girls Prom 2026. Three friends in full glam and dressed in gorgeous dresses and they had places to go! We had fun going all over the farm taking pictures. Thank you so much that I got to have a part and take the pictures! You three were awesome to work with! ❀️ πŸ’œ

Family fun days are supposed to be just that! I want you to look at the faces in the pictures. They are happy and tired from an afternoon of water play and time well spent. Karen thought out πŸŒΎπŸ‘¨β€πŸŒΎ ❀️ all the details to make sure everyone had a great afternoon! There are lots of pictures of kids playing but these are the ones I chose for this post. These are the family shots that may not be "picture perfect" but usually come to mean the most to us. They make us smile when we glance at them. The last two are the perfect example. The first one is a keeper but the second is real life! I love them both.

Tis the season for caps and gowns! It is always a little bittersweet to know that this is the last session before they graduate and move on in life to new plans and places. This guy, I will miss photographing. From action shots in football with those bright pink bands to dust flying while sliding into second and third. I wish you all the best in college, Carson! And I look forward to photographing that golf match too. πŸŽ“
P.S. I might just have to borrow Thor (that huge teddybear of a dog) for future sessions!

It was cold, very cold on the day we shot these but Elaina was a trooper! She wanted to take some pictures in this formal and we did have fun in spite of shivering. Most girls remember that one formal that was their favorite and now she will have these to look back on with a smile. I love a dressed up session and this hit all the marks. The twirls to show off the gown, the gorgeous color on her and her make up was just right. If you are interested in a similar session - message me and we will have some fun!
