This week marks 4 years in a row of working with on the annual First Tech Credit Union social campaign.

When I started doing these, Visual Aid was much smaller and I was working out of the back of a Subaru.

Today, VA has a dozen employees and I’ve grown WAY past that Subaru that helped me get my start.

Cheers to many more, and all the growth that everyone has worked so hard to achieve. Looking forward to taking over the world with you 😎

On the fly, flyin’ an 8x8 hi-lite. Reality show last week and we were able to utilize the sun as a back but it was a bit too harsh.

Hi-lite is a great diffusion option for softening the sun while without reducing exposure.

Usually the conversations go like this:

🎥: What’s the lightest diffusion you have?
🥞: I have Hi-Lite
🎥: Ooooh, I love Hi-Lite
🥞: 😎
