This is the flight path of the drone that took the 2 aerial videos and several aerial still photos of Buffalo Camp Farms September 4. It may help understand what houses were in the line of flight. The flight started at 322 Rabbitt Trail, where the red marker is, then went south, turned around and went north and turned west. After that the flight is pretty easy to follow.

This is the flight path of the drone that flew the video in Bar X. It may help viewers understand what property is showing up in the video and what is not. I didn't realize how big Bar X is and that the drone can't fly from one side to the other even if there wasn't any water!

At 3:30 pm when this flight occurred the firemen at River's End Fire Department #2 said it was underwater yesterday. Overnight it went down two feet. One of the firemen said all but 5 people evacuated. The video will be uploaded within an hour.

Caught up with a bunch of the backlog yesterday. The following are areas we couldn't get to.

Bar X - could only fly about halfway into Bar X because the water is over SH 35, 1 mile from FM 521, where the drone was launched, and the drone would only fly 6000 feet past that. Also FM 521 still flooded from Brazoria to SH 35.
TFR Restriced Areas - FM 1462, CR 44, Planter's Point, CR 30 - all north of Angleton, are in or too close to the FAA mandated Temporary Flight Restriction and it won't expire until September 30.
4799 CR 747A - couldn't get closer to residence than 1.7 miles so couldn't fly that far.
CR 290 near Wayne Scott Unit - couldn't get closer than 4 miles to it.
Dow Brazoria reservoir and railroad tracks - couldn't fly across the reservoir from west end of Sugar Mill.

From what I can tell from all the messages and comments, we have covered all the other requests. The activity on our page has tapered off quite a bit so I'm assuming people are satisfied with what they've seen, but if there are any desperate needs, please let us know. On a positive note, while touring the area, many areas of fast moving water indicate the water is trying really hard to get back into the Gulf where it belongs!
