Today we awarded the prizes for the 2013 Havasu Balloon Festival & Fair Photo Contest! From left to right we have Eileen Reed (the amateur $500.00 prize winner), Shila Holmes (the student $1000.00 scholarship winner), Jillian Danielson (the Photo Contest Chairperson), and Kay Sykes (the professional photographer winner).
