When you have a great coordination and planning team and a great DJ you know that all your special moments will happen and everything will be on time and thoughtfully planned.
For this wedding, we were hired to partially plan which is a service that starts three months ahead of time, we also did full Vendor management, and coordination day of. They also added on a DJ and Photobooth package so they guest would be super happy😍
Our clients were renting out the Villa for the weekend so we decided to make the most of their time there and do a welcome party the night before. I can't recommend this enough! It allows you to have time to do our rehearsal and ceremony walk-through.
It also allows your coordination and planning team as well as the venue team time to set up all your decor and tables the day before. Having access the day before Really takes the stress off! I mention this to teach future brides and grooms, if it's available to get into the day before.. take the option ✅
