It’s the in-between that matters most.

Those little moments that are so common in your day-to-day you almost miss them, but are the memories you’ll remember and treasure the most.

Posing comes with the job, but my favorite moments to capture are the in-between.

I truly wipe tears from my eyes editing your galleries, and I don’t take it lightly that these will be the photos you’ll have hanging in your home forever and the ones your great-grandchildren will look at and wonder about the legacy they come from 🤍🎞️

A moment for the groom, film first 🎞️

One thing I recommend for a groom that doesn’t really want a whole getting ready moment at wherever he actually got ready is to come to the venue fully dressed. From there, I usually find a window and direct the scene a little telling him to think about his bride. What will her dress look like? How does he think she decided to wear her hair? What little details is he about to see for the first time? 🥹

As he has his mind on his bride I instruct him to fix his tie, button his coat, or adjusting his watch. Really no wrong thing here!

So if you, as the groom or your groom-to-be isn’t wanting a whole getting ready setup at another location, these sweet moments of anticipation before seeing your bride are always worth taking a few minutes for 📷
