I love black and white photography so much. I feel it highlights emotions and feelings just a little more than color photos! Although color brings expression, vibrancy and an eclectic touch, I just see such a beauty in black and white photos.

This photoshoot was so fun and rewarding to not only spend the day with friends but to capture this beautiful friend of mine! I had a vision for these pics, and so I reached out to hallie and asked if she’d be down and of course she said yes. What is funny is we are both not 100% fans of the beach but I think it was with worth it.

While the color versions of these photos are beautiful, I couldn’t help but admire them in black and white. The movement of the waves, the contrast of the highlights and shadows just are beautiful to me.
