🔥🔥🔥 Fire in Kahuku, Hawaii | 3/5/2022 🔥🔥🔥

Today, the Kahuku Fire Department displayed an amazing amount of teamwork & urgency. Thank you to the firefighters who serve our community.

As I was driving down Kamehameha Highway, I noticed a huge cloud of smoke in the sky above the Kahuku Food Trucks. I instantly pulled over and threw some eyes in the sky, sending my drone skyward. Once in position, I notified a firefighter that I was a licensed UAV Pilot & could offer Aerial Visuals to help them combat this brush fire. The fire fighter took me over to the Fire chief and from there he studied the live feed from the Drone & Field Monitor. Focused, he took this new information To his firemen and they continued fighting the brushfire from all angles. Thankfully, they were quickly able to contain this fire from creating any more damage.
I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to serve the Kahuku Fire Department. What amazing people they are. Thank them for their Service!!
