If I had to sum up the #1 thing I love capturing- it’s pure happiness and joy given to others.

When the village comes together to congratulate a special couple on their biggest milestone yet, it’s priceless. You simply can’t help but swell with the moment, because it’s so emotional and wonderful.

Whether it’s a surprise proposal, or your wedding day after you’ve just walked down the aisle after your first kiss, with everyone cheering you on, and everyone coming to greet you after ceremony has ended. That’s the biggest set of core memories you could ask to have captured 🥹🤘🏻

Working more with 35mm film, I’ve been excited to rotate these super nostalgic moments back onto my feed to show you what’s possible for a harder film vibe. We have some color moments on Portra, Kodak, and Ilford for those dreamy black and whites mixed together.

Choosing the right kind of film is a truly well thought out and intentional - it has a lot to do with the environment we’re shooting in, the color direction of what you’re wearing, and how you want your day to feel- whether you’re wanting brightness, warmth, timelessness, or something a little in between. Film is always so so dreamy, which is why I love capturing on that medium alongside digital photography ✨🫶🏻

I still can’t get over how beautiful this day was. were so down to create, explore, adventure, and help create a vision for future lovers to see what’s possible when they elope or have an intimate wedding in Big Sur. We truly wanted to capture them in their element, among the elements. We explored the redwood forest, as well as the gardens and the shoreline cliffs, and captured them intimately and candidly in so many ways. This is what’s possible ✨🫶🏻🥹

Today is the day- these two get married!! I am beyond thrilled for these two and their incredible love they have for each other.

We will be over at .carlsbadwindmill with all of their wonderful friends and family 😍it’s going to be so beautiful and so fun, I seriously can’t wait to see them make it official and celebrate ✨🫶🏻🙌🏻
