Our heart is to welcome every family and scholar who desires to be part of our CLJ community. While we wish we could accommodate everyone, our intentionally quaint space allows us to serve only a limited number of scholars well each year.

If you are on our waitlist, please know how grateful we are for your interest and your patience. We are actively exploring ways to grow so we can welcome more families in the future and offer scholars a full CLJ education through 12th grade.

✌🏼Everything began with two moms who simply wanted something different.

Charlotte and Mamie didn’t set out to build a school. They set out to create a joyful place where childhood is protected, where learning feels like wonder, and where families feel known and supported.

What began as a dream has grown into a community we deeply treasure. Thank you for trusting us, cheering us on, and linking arms with us as we walk in obedience to the Lord.

💗 I love getting to document sweet little angels!

taking on less outside of my home so I can be more present in it. the past years have been so insanely fruitful — blessing me with the sweetest friendships and experiences I could ever imagine. I now have the privilege of raising little humans, which is something I’ve dreamt of since before I can remember. throughout my pregnancy and countless times since giving birth, I have heard people tell me or those around me how this has always been a dream of mine, and if you know me well or maybe even a little, you know the immense truth in that statement. so much truth that it makes me quite emotional to dwell on. I feel called to take a little step back from everything that pulls me away from the family I was given to raise up in order to do my best to not let it pass me by. I have so much gratitude for my husband who is supporting me in this decision of pouring more into our young family. I will still be around, and will still be documenting things and there, but at a much smaller scale for the time being. I’ve announced this on my stories, but felt that it needed a spot on my feed, so here it is. thank you for giving me and leading me to the most rewarding and the hands down sweetest years of my life. here’s to a pivot, for the time being, to slower days… slower, everything with my husband and our babies. and occasionally, my cameras. I love you.

As we wait in anticipation for our little boy to arrive, I figured I should add a formal post about my maternity leave, which will end in February of 2025. Those of you who have or will reach out during this time will still receive a response from me, but please know that it will be delayed as I plan to cherish these early months of being a first-time mom and spending time with our soon-to-be family of 5.

If you know me, you know how being a wife and mama is all I’ve ever dreamed of. I’ve gotten to be a bonus mama to the two sweetest kiddos on earth and am excited to have “our baby” (as the kids call him) join our family any moment now. My sweet clients and friends, I can’t begin to describe how you have gotten me through so many chapters of my life. Here’s to the next one. 💛
