Sometimes photos just don't answer everything.

You might like the kitchen and the living room, but still wonder how they actually connect.

That's why I like including a Zillow floor plan. It gives buyers a quick look at the whole layout without having to guess their way through the photos.

It's simple, but really helpful when you're looking at a house online.

The front of the house only tells part of the story.

Maybe there's a huge backyard you can't see from the street. Maybe the property backs up to trees. Maybe there's more distance between neighbors than buyers would expect.

Those are things worth showing.

An aerial photo isn't there just because drones are cool. It's there because sometimes the most useful view of a property is the one buyers can't get from the driveway.

Sometimes the challenge isn't making a home look spacious.

It's showing just how much space is actually there.

The extra room around the dining table. The wide living area. The way you can see from one room into the next.

Good photography helps buyers understand that space instead of just reading the square footage on a listing.

Because 2,000 square feet is one thing. Seeing how you can actually use it is another.

When a home is clean and everything has its place, you start to notice how well the space actually works.

Good photography helps with that too. The right angle can show buyers what fits, how the rooms connect, and what they're really working with.

It's not updated. It's not huge. There isn't one obvious feature that steals the show.

That's where good photography matters.

The only change is that many MLS systems now allow up to 50 photos instead of the 30–35 they used to. To give agents more flexibility on larger listings, we're introducing an optional 50 Photo Upgrade for +$50.

Professional interior and exterior photography with a basic floor plan. Includes up to 25 photos.
50 Photo Upgrade: +$50

Essential Listing Media Package – $300
Everything in the Real Estate Photography package, plus drone photography and a basic floor plan. Includes up to 35 photos.
50 Photo Upgrade: +$25

Ultimate Property Showcase – $500

Our complete marketing package includes:

- Professional photography

- 3D Virtual Tour (up to 4,000 sq. ft.)
