There’s something magical about the atmosphere of a wedding reception that you just can’t authentically recreate. It’s one of those things that simply happens when all the right people are gathered in one place, celebrating something really special.

And Bernice & Ted’s reception was exactly that.

A beautiful evening tucked away in the back courtyard of Albania Mansion. String lights glowing overhead. Gentle music filling the air. Heartfelt speeches that brought the tears and the laughter. A beautiful dinner, glasses raised around the table, and guests having the kind of conversations and little laughs you wish you could bottle up and keep forever.

It was warm. It was intimate. It felt effortless.

The kind of evening where you look around and think… yeah, this is what it’s all about.

Bernice & Ted’s wedding reception was all of that and more. And goodness, we loved getting to preserve a little piece of it. 🤍

If we are being honest, Payton and Jackson’s wedding can’t come fast enough! We did their engagements at the exquisite New Orleans Museum of Art (NOMA) and let me just tell you…they have a beautiful chemistry. I mean just look at ‘em! So much fun with these two and we can’t wait to document their day.
