Growing up my parents always encouraged me and supported me and my interest in the many artful ways there are. Years have since passed from the elementary days of art class and the passion is still there. Today, in the real world, how do you still use your passion and yet live the American dream? That's where photography has come into play for me. I enjoy showing others what I see in them...the be
auty inside of them. My husband and family are my biggest supporters and the cause of my recent decision to start a side job of photography. I often get the question as to how I got the name GwendaLens. When deciding to start, I had a very special person in mind and didn't know how to incorporate her into it but I knew that she had to be involved somehow. This person was my mother. She passed away several years ago and her name was Gwendolyn Tripp. My amazing husband is always good with catchy phrases or names so I enlisted in his help. He then came up with GwendaLens. Taking this from my mothers name and also adding my passion for photography which uses a lens to take photos. And just like that GwendaLens Photography was born! I am amazed at what has already come from just beginning and looking forward to what the future holds. Will you be part of that journey?
