30. 🫶🏽

Reflecting on the last year of my twenties has me a little emotional (which is new for me… apparently turning 30 means I cry about everything now). But this year, the mental clarity and peace I’ve felt has been one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever given myself.

I spent so much of my teens and twenties hyper aware of how I was being perceived, and honestly, I was a little consumed by it. This year I started letting that go. And in doing that I’ve found parts of myself I didn’t even realize I had been overlooking!

Once I stopped worrying so much about how I thought others saw me, I started seeing myself more clearly. And I have found there’s a lot there I’m really grateful for.

I think my thirties are going to be beautiful.
