A commonly asked question from clients is “what should we wear?”, and I think many times it keeps people from booking a photo session to begin with. The truth is that it’s pretty simple with a few guidelines.
Be comfortable. You won’t look comfortable if you’re not.
If you’re unsure— keep with solid colors. In a group setting pick options that work together but don’t match.
I find that in fall neutrals and darker fall colors go well with the beauty of the scenery.
Most of all— don’t overthink your way into stress! Get a second opinion if you need to, and as long as you’re comfortable you’ll do great!

My oldest son Maddox, age 3. I was playing with my camera and had squatted down really low to watch him playing in the leaves. I love his face. He's always embodied this look. Old soul with beautiful eyelashes. I'm not crying.
