🌞 This morning I had the opportunity to attend La Pausa a wellness event hosted by Olas & Flamingo | Nashville Hair & Nail Salon centered around slowing down, resetting, and pouring back into yourself.
From Pilates Anahy Hinojosa | Nashville Content Creator an amazing sound bath with Lyanne Aguilera | Yoga & Wellness to taking fresh ginger shots from Jugitos Jazz with Reba Campos and meeting so many amazing local vendors, it was exactly the reset I didn’t know I needed.
