More from that beautiful sunset from last night. I really enjoyed getting out for sunset, and I'm happy the sun is setting earlier so I can enjoy both sunrise and sunset! There's something so peaceful about slowing down, taking in the beauty around me, and spending that quiet time with the Lord.❤️🙏

I slowly walked around, praying and thanking Him for the gift of another beautiful day. It was just what I needed. 🥰

Now, I have to tell you something! 😂 On my drive to sunset, the sunlight hit just right, and I could see just how many mosquitoes were out! Thank goodness for my bug repellent stickers! I had them all over me and was protected everywhere except one hand. Without those little stickers, they would have eaten me alive! 🦟🤣

I'm so grateful for these beautiful moments in God's creation, mosquitoes and all! 🥰😂🩷

Good morning❣️ Last night’s sunset was so peaceful and beautiful. It was exactly what I needed after a long day. Sometimes, God reminds us that even the most stressful days can end in something beautiful. 🩷

I stood there lingering as the light slowly faded, thanking God for bringing me out to witness such a beautiful sunset. I didn’t want the moment to end.

So beautiful. So peaceful. So uplifting. So relaxing. Just what my heart needed. 💜🩷

We are so excited❣️ These are the first few prints going into a new medical office, and they are the largest prints we’ve ever done! They turned out beautifully, and I love the sleek, modern look of the metal prints. 🫶

But what makes this project so special to me is knowing where these photographs will be displayed and the people who may see them. 🩷

Patients walking through some of life’s hardest journeys will have something beautiful, joyful, and peaceful to look at during their treatments. Maybe one of our photographs will bring a smile, offer a moment of comfort, or remind someone that even in the midst of difficult days, there is still beauty to be found. 💕

Photography has brought so much joy into our lives, and I never imagined that something we love doing could become an opportunity to bring a little happiness to others when they need it most. Knowing our photographs may brighten someone's day means more to me than I can put into words. 💜

I feel incredibly blessed to be part of this special project. Sometimes, it's the little things that make a difference in someone's day, and I'm so grateful for the opportunity to share a little beauty with people who are facing difficult times.

Thank You, Lord, for the gift of photography and for this opportunity to bring a little joy and comfort to others. May these photographs brighten someone's day. ❤️🙏

Good morning❣️Those who have followed our page for a while will remember Gary the Goose. 🥰 He used to hang out with the Golden Beach ducks, keeping watch and protecting them. He was definitely in charge, but they were family.

That was until Gary had a falling out with the ducks and he started spending time with CeCe, the American Coot that was all alone all the time. Then, about a year and a half ago, Gary flew across the river to Calvert County. He would disappear for a few days at a time, and I began noticing his frequent trips across the river.

One morning, during sunrise, Gary flew in with his girlfriend. ❤️ They kept their long-distance relationship going for about a year. Last spring, I even spotted them helping the other geese guard their goslings.

Of course, Gary honked at me like he always does, and I knew it was him. 🥰

Now, his girlfriend has officially moved to Golden Beach, and they are together.❤️🫶

Everyone, meet Gretchen, Gary's girlfriend! 💕

My heart is so full when I see these two together. Sometimes, even in the world of geese, love finds a way.

Love wins. ❤️🫶

Good morning❣️As I walked the beach during sunrise yesterday, I spent that time praying for my family and friends. My prayers were long and detailed, lifting so many people and their needs up to the Lord. 🙏❤️

The more I prayed and praised God, the more I noticed the colors intensifying. The sky grew a brilliant, fiery red before slowly softening into a dark pink. It was a glorious display of God’s entire palatte of colors that took my breath away. ❤️🧡🩷💛

Standing there, watching the sky transform, I was reminded of how blessed I am to witness these moments. I’m so grateful God woke me up in time for sunrise and gave me another opportunity to walk the beach, pray for those I love, and take in the beauty of His creation.

What a beautiful way to begin the day. I've missed being out for sunrise. This was exactly what my soul needed. So grateful. 💕

This was two years ago, on a night I will never forget❣️ It was the very first time I witnessed the Aurora Borealis, and it was absolutely incredible.💕

I’ve been chasing the Northern Lights ever since, but I’ve only had one other opportunity to capture them. Now, we’re entering that season again, and I can’t wait to see what the skies have in store.💚💜

To witness something this breathtaking right here in Southern Maryland was such a blessing. Some moments leave you in awe of God’s incredible creation, and this was definitely one of them.

Here’s hoping we get another chance to see the lights dance across our skies.❤️💜💚

Good morning❣️Some sunrises stay with you long after the moment has passed. 🫶

This sunrise has been sitting on my camera card for three weeks, and what an incredible sunrise it was from beginning to end, and everything in between❣️🥰

I loved seeing Hank when I first arrived and again later as the sunrise unfolded. Those dramatic clouds during blue hour were absolutely beautiful. Every moment seemed to bring something special, and this sunrise filled my soul in ways I can't quite put into words. 💜

There was plenty of excitement that morning, but no matter how much is happening around me, there's always time during sunrise to pray for others. 🙏❤️ It's something I make sure to do every day.

My heart was so full after this sunrise. ❤️🩷💙

Good morning❣️Ever have a friend you know so well that you know all their little habits? You know what makes them laugh, what they’ll order, and sometimes what they’re going to say before they even say it. 🥰❤️

Those friendships are such a beautiful gift from God.

There is something special about being truly known, loved, and accepted for exactly who you are. The laughter, the conversations, the prayers, the memories, and all those little moments that become part of your story. 🥰🫶

Sometimes we may be hesitant to open our hearts, but we can trust God to guide the people He brings into our lives. Simply take a step forward in faith and allow God to grow the friendship in His timing. ✝️

The person God places beside you may become a beautiful part of your journey and are someone who encourages you, prays with you, laughs with you, and loves you through all of life’s seasons. 💜

Trust God.
Open your heart.
Give love freely.
And cherish the people He places in your life.

After their performance at the St. Mary’s County Fair, the crew gets right to work removing and cleaning all the gear. It takes over an hour to tack up, and just as much time afterward to remove everything and clean it all! That’s a LOT of work! 💕

Organized chaos is the best way to describe it! Everyone has a job, and everyone knows what needs to be done. Each horse has a dedicated handler to keep them calm and comfortable while the rest of the crew works to remove and clean their gear.

Throughout it all, the safety of the horses, crew, and spectators is the top priority. 💕

And here's something worth knowing: this crew is made up of family, friends, and volunteers who give their time and energy because they LOVE these majestic horses. 🐴❤️

I'm so glad I had the opportunity to capture these behind-the-scenes moments and share a little glimpse of all the hard work that goes into making these performances possible. There's so much more happening than what we see in the show ring.

A BIG thank you to everyone who works so hard behind the scenes for these amazing horses.❤️🥰
