Let’s talk babies for a moment. Babies take time. Patience. Effort. And even then, sometimes they aren’t having it. This little guy honestly wanted nothing to do with me. He didn’t cry, but he wasn’t all about the experience either. He also was sitting in a teacher’s lap, so we used some editing magic to make his portrait a solo moment (swipe to see the before).

Sometimes we go the extra mile- his sweet mama will have these photos down the line when he taller than her and she leans on him. *That* is why I love this job!

Time to share some color here on the ol’ Instagram. This guy had blue eyes to match the blue backdrop and I was NOT mad about it. Navy is such a great backdrop color- I have yet to see anyone look bad on it, but it’s different than gray or black.

Sometimes when I’m editing I zoom in around 1000% to look at all the colors in a child’s eyes. This is one of those cases. I’m not even sure what color they are, but they are mesmerizing!
