There is evidence to believe beyond a reasonable shadow of a doubt that this is a scam. As with any online transaction, do not send money to people you do not know for services you have not yet received. There is no way to get money back after sending it via cash apps and bank transfers (many have learned this the hard way). This individual is known to cancel last minute and use the "non-refundable deposit" clause in their contract to keep funds.
