SANTA sign up tip!
If you choose a time slot and change your mind and hit the back button, the platform will hold that spot for 15 minutes. Try to remember to hit cancel at the bottom.
Second tip: If all the spots get taken before you get one, refresh the website a few times after about 10-15 minutes and a few will open back up after being reserved but not taken.
