The theme this year has been unpredictability. 🙃 Keeps me on my toes, that's for sure!

I've noticed clients are booking later this year than in year's past. I totally get it. Fall schedules are a whole dumpster fire to navigate. Add sports in there and you can forget about it. 🤣

Whew your girl's social media presence has been dreadful lately 😬 but I HAVE to share this amazing session from a couple of weeks ago.

Do y'all know this cutie? This is my friend Leah from Texas Innerbloom Photography LLC and her precious fam.

It's a wild thing to shoot another photographer's session. On the one hand, you're overthinking everything... Was I creative enough? These have to be 🔥. Am I posing them weird? Is this a photo she already has a million of? But on the other hand, it's like oh she already knows where I'm going with this weirdness- yay! Also, she wouldn't dream of telling her kids to behave because she knows the chaos makes for great photos 😂 (not that these kiddos were anything but sweet angels).

Anywho.....let's obsess over these photos together, shall we?

Yesterday was the 6th anniversary of Amanda Lynn Photography! 🤯

6 years of photographing your sweet families. 6 years of clients becoming friends. 6 years of my dream becoming a reality.

I know I say this a lot, but I'm so dang grateful for everyone who supports my little business. Getting to capture all of your memories will never get old to me. I do not take it lightly. Here's to many more 🥂

If you're one of those new folks, welcome! I'm Amanda 🖐️👋🖐️👋🖐️👋🖐️

A few things you can expect at a session with me:

⚫ real strange animal sounds (I've got quite a few in my arsenal 💅)
⚫ If a meltdown happens, I'm excellent at redirecting and getting us back on track (this goes for toddlers AND grumpy dads 😉)
⚫ There is a high chance I will bff with your kiddos. I don't make the rules.
⚫ Yes, I will take a few of the "everybody-look-at-the-camera-and-smile" photos, but my JAM is getting those candid, love-on-your-people shots. 🥰
⚫ You will never, and I mean NEVER, be the most awkward person at the session. That's what I'm here for! 🥸
⚫ I hear lots of "You made that really fun!" or "That wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be." I know. It's kinda my thing. 🦸‍♀️
⚫ You will never be left standing there staring at each other wondering what to do with your hands. I got you. Trust me.

As I head into busy season, I'm so darn thankful for all of the amazing families I've had the privilege to work with and get to know over the years. I'm also so excited to meet some new families! Thank you guys for your support for my small business. It means everything to me and my family.
