Policy reminders 💐
Future, current and past clients - be sure to read through these.
While I am a genuinely giving person and I love to provide an above-and-beyond experience to ALL of my clients — I must set the expectation that what you sign in your contract WILL be enforced. Contracts are not just a formality, they protect both clients and myself in unfortunate circumstances.
Going forward, leniency will be an exception, not an expectation. All clients must read my policies and sign a contract before we will engage in any work together. All clients are to be held to the same standards that I hold myself to as a professional photographer.
1. Tardiness and rescheduling
Your time is valuable — and so is mine. No call, no shows will be blacklisted immediately with no opportunity for rescheduling. Excessive rescheduling is highly discouraged and refunds will only be honored for 60 days, GIVEN that the client remains eligible for one. See my policy in full for refund eligibility.
2. Behavioral expectations
Y’all, it’s 2026. Be respectful. Treat your photographer like a professional. I will cancel and blacklist you if you are disrespectful or inappropriate.
3. Data storage & recovery
It genuinely breaks my heart to hear of people losing memories, because those are incredibly special — and many times irreplaceable. I encourage all clients to download their files and store them independently within 72 hours of delivery. Once I send the files to you, I am no longer liable for maintaining or storing them. My gallery links are temporary and will be unpublished within a certain period of time. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need assistance on the best storage resources or how to safely store a file on a drive or cloud.
