I’m officially booking my end-of-year sessions, including:

Golden Hour Fall Sessions
Available throughout the fall season

Peak Fall Color Sessions
A limited two-day event during peak Autumn colors

Christmas Sessions
Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays throughout November - December 13

If you’ve been wanting updated family photos, couples photos, portraits, or something a little more creative, these are the dates to do it.

Dates are limited, especially for peak fall color and weekends closer to Christmas.

What I Wish I’d Known

Being a photographer with ADHD is a little… chaotic. 😂

I wish I’d known that the things I thought made me bad at business would actually become some of my biggest strengths.

I can hyperfocus on an edit for 6 hours, forget why I walked into the studio, have 17 ideas before breakfast, and somehow decide I need to completely reinvent my workflow at 11 PM.

But I also notice tiny details.
I see things other people miss.
I’m ridiculously creative when I’m interested.
I can problem-solve on the fly.
And when I’m in my element? I’m locked in.

What I wish I’d known before starting photography wasn’t “how to be more organized.”

It was that I needed to build a business that works with my brain—not against it.

Because I don’t need to become less ADHD.

I need systems that let me be more me. 📸🧠✨

POV: You’re wondering why I’m just standing here holding a … 👀

Newborn posing is a lot less “put baby down and take the picture” and a lot more waiting, soothing, adjusting, holding, and letting baby settle into the pose.

Sometimes the best thing I can do is simply keep my hands exactly where they need to be and give her a minute.

And then… this happens. ✨

I am making a point to get back out into nature more—going on hikes, walking, exploring. I’ve let too many of the things that bring me joy fall by the wayside. My kids know “Mom”, the woman that kisses their booboos, who makes the best soup (their words, not mine 😄), who happily chauffeurs and hosts all their friends. They don’t know the tuned in *me*, who meditates under trees, who picks up rocks, and talks to jumping spiders. I’m hoping we all get to know her a little better. 🥰

Some seasons ask us to slow down.
To acknowledge the feeling of standing on the edge of something wonderful, not rushing toward it, just letting yourself be there for a moment.

Maternity sessions have always felt like an inhale, to me. That moment where you close your eyes and just fully take in a moment, the small pause before life opens up into something entirely new.
