A 7 frame stack of the 3-14-2025 total lunar eclipse. Two shots at 5% coverage, two at 25%, two at 50% and total in the center. Shots were taken at 400mm focal length from 1:05am to 4:47am using my Canon R6 Mark ii.

A 400 frame 300mm focal length composite of the Orion Nebula completed in 2025. This is 200 frames with the narrowband L-Enhance filter from the national park and 200 with a standard light pollution filter from the back deck. It lacks sharpness compared to my past versions. That is because of the increased amount of cosmic dust picked up with the new filter.

The California Nebula is complete! This is a stack of 720 thirty second frames for a total of 6 hours of exposure. Each frame was taken at 300mm focal length using a hydrogen alpha filter at 3200 ISO.
