David + Sarah are on the blog! What a sweet, laid-back, gospel-centered wedding day. They were married at the gorgeous St. Paul’s Church in Downtown Greenville, SC, and I could tell their day was so intentionally “them.” And I always appreciate when the details come together beautifully and make for pretty photos.

Sarah’s vision for her bridesmaids was a colorful bouquet of flowers. So unique and pretty.

Also a first for me - photographing the bride doing the groom’s hair on wedding morning.💪🏼

We headed to Lake Gaston for this extended family session and were able to get so many photos of everyone while they were on their annual vacation together. A beautiful setting too!

Extended family sessions can be the way to go:
• Cost effective (multiple family units splitting the cost)
• Fun (the OGs back together and bringing along their own little families!)
• Can make a great gift for the mama of the fam
• Preserve multiple generations - grandparents, parents, and children all documented together

About 6 weeks ago now we got our own little set of family photos taken. It was about a 10 minute session. The sun was setting. The gate was closing soon. The baby was crying. And somehow we got the sweetest photos. It was good for me to be on the other side of the camera to remind me of the chaos you guys can go through.😅 But look what can happen in just a short, intentional time in front of the camera. Shoutout to my sister .hannahgrace mvp
