She uses the highest quality, most exceptional ingredients possible, sourcing locally and or

ganically whenever she can. Bonnie specializes in baking with whole grains, baking savory and sweet gluten free items, and can accommodate other dietary issues as well (Keto! She uses nonhydrogenated oils, natural colors, natural flavors, and makes everything entirely from scratch. Bonnie does not commit to a set menu, mostly because she feels that would limit her creativity, instead customizing each order to clients' personal tastes. I am currently in southern Utah, guiding hiking, backpacking, and 4x4 tours for Dreamland Safari Tours. I might accept some special orders when I return to KF in November, and will resume offering goodies on Klamath Grown at that time. Thank you for your support through the years! •Personal Cheesecake Pie with mixed berry topping and graham crust (organic).

•Mini Cheesecakes (classic vanilla and some with mixed berry topping, not shown since they’re in the fridge)

•Chocolate Chunk Cookie Triangles w/fleur de sel

•Oatmeal Cream Sandwich Cookies (vegan, gluten free)

•Crispy Rice Treats (organic, dairy free, gluten free, made with homemade marshmallow)

(When I do weddings, I always provide the bride and groom with two jumbo cupcakes, set aside for later, as my gift to them. It’s difficult to fully appreciate anything edible during the reception, and being able to enjoy a treat later on, in the event that there aren’t leftovers, means they can actually savor the deliciousness! Or, they can choose to freeze them for their one month anniversary.

Weddings, and other events, will be VERY limited in the future, taken only on a case by case basis when I’m in town. If you’d like to discuss the possibility of working together, please plan far in advance.😉)

Cake orders are limited this summer, and as a result I’ve been making a ton of ice cream cakes when I’m in town! The most popular flavor so far seems to be Alden’s organic marionberry swirl! This one is two layers of vanilla cake, with the marionberry ice cream, vanilla French buttercream, and naturally colored sprinkles and frosting accents. If you’d like a layer cake, ice cream cake, or cupcakes this summer, here are my available dates:
