I decided to cross hobbies and take a picture of some stamped leather that I had been practicing on. You can see the fibers along the cut edge.

Throwback to 2025

Here are a few shots from Salisbury Beach at sunrise from last year that I never posted.

This is the place that I experienced my first sunrise on the coast, and it still holds a special place in my heart!

I joined the Merrimack Valley Camera Club in September not knowing what to expect. I am happy to say that I was welcomed with open arms by this wonderful and talented group of people!

I figured I would submit a couple of pictures into the first digital competition not expecting much and ended up taking first in the Scapes category much to my surprise!

The rest of the season was a whirlwind both within the club and outside personally with some stuff that I had going on.

Last night at our end of season banquet I was awarded with #1 overall for class B in the Scapes category,

And Digital Photographer of the Year in Class B for overall points across all of the digital competitions.

The next season picks back up in September and I will be bumped up to compete in Class A after taking first place overall in class B. All this happening in my first year. I never could have imagined that that my pictures would ever do as well as they did!

I do Photography because I love it, and it is great to be able to share my passion with others!!

A couple of shots from my time hanging out with this beauty this weekend.

There is a pair of them that sit in this tree overlooking the Merrimack River everyday close to the Dracut/ Lowell line.

Beautiful birds, and I am so happy to see them making a strong comeback!
